Favourite colour combo

Afternoon Bloggers,
Well over at Charisma Cardz this week it is Team B's turn and the theme this week is Your Favourite colour combo. Now although I am on team A I still wanted to take part as I thought this was a good challenge.
You can enter this weeks challenge HERE

I have chosen to use Pink,Black and Silver. I just love these colours together so much so that its the colours of my bedroom.

I have created an 8x8 pocket fold card using papers and toper from the Crafters Companion Party Paws cd rom. I have then decoupaged the image and nested it inside a top note shape chut out on my Siluette.

The tag for the inside is 7x7 so that it fits nicely inside the pocket. This card is for my cousin so the sentiment has been tailored for her.

I have printed the decoupage and the backing paper out onto a pearl paper and the picture doesnt do it justice it has a lovely sheen to it.
I cut the '60' out on my cricut using Alphalicious and the roses i inked up to matchthe colour theme.

Challenges:
Charisma Cardz - favourite colour combo
4 Crafty Girls - anything goes
Divas by design - anything goes
Nut crafters - favourite colour combo
Scrap creations - polka dots
throught the craftroom door - anything goes

Thanks for stopping by, all comments are truely appreciated

Commissioned Card

Afternoon Bloggers,
I am stopping by with a quick post to show you a commissioned card I was asked to make by a neighbour earlier today. The spec was Horse Racing and then 'whipit ricky' somewhere on the card.
Here is what I came up with

It is a 8x8 cardwith a 1/2 fold front. I created the backing papers in Do Crafts digital designer and the images I downloaded from google. I also created the sentiment in Do Crafts designer. Just a simple card and she was really happy with the finished product so thats always a bonus lol
